The bike is good quality and rides nicely, but it arrived with 27.5" wheels instead of the 29ers I ordered. I was not able to reach customer service to address the issue.
I wasn't familiar with the Twitter brand. The initial contact via WhatsApp was particularly good, and Mr. Anderson and the other person(s) I spoke with provided helpful advice. I was able to get updates on the shipment tracking and photos. I definitely recommend Twitter Bike USA. I'll give feedback on the bike I received later.
Have received the bike with great packaging however very poor instructions on assembly also front and back brake are around the wrong way but overall seems very good
Overall, I’m very satisfied with the bike. The frame, ride quality, and overall performance are excellent, especially considering the price point. It feels responsive, stiff enough under load, and generally very enjoyable to ride.
However, the bike did arrive with a few minor cosmetic scratches, which was a bit disappointing on a new product. More importantly, the front derailleur high-limit screw appears to be stuck and not functioning properly, which makes precise adjustment difficult.
Aside from these issues, the bike offers outstanding value for money.
The bike is meeting expectations so far, well packaged, assembly without problems, lubrication needed. Unfortunately, it did not arrive in the agreed specification - a different type of wheels and saddle, but everything was resolved with another order.
Bike was delivered with boxes intact and upon opening, all parts were in good shape. Provided assembly instructions were for a completely different bike. I had to figure out how to assemble on my own. Lucky I am pretty good with tools and assembling things so I was able to figure out how to build it. Only issue is the rear brake doesn't work. Handle pulls all the way into the bar without slowing the rear wheel down. I would like a reply as to how to rectify the braking issue. Gary Hankinson

Regarding the rear brake issue—since this model uses hydraulic disc brakes, the symptom you described (lever pulling all the way to the bar with no braking power) is typically caused by air in the hydraulic system or low brake fluid pressure.
Here’s the fastest way to fix it:
This will require a brake bleed, which is a standard adjustment for hydraulic systems, especially after shipping.

I’ve been riding the Twitter Cyclone 3rd for a while now and I’m really impressed with the overall value of this bike. The carbon frame feels stiff and responsive when accelerating, but it still absorbs road vibrations well, so longer rides remain comfortable.
The bike looks amazing, especially with the holographic paint finish – it really stands out in the sunlight and always gets attention. The frame design is aerodynamic and modern, making the bike look much more expensive than it actually is.
The shifting is smooth and precise, and the bike feels fast both on flats and climbs. The carbon cockpit and wheels make the whole setup feel lightweight and performance-oriented.
For the price, it’s honestly hard to find another carbon road bike with this level of components and build quality. It’s a great option for riders who want a fast, stylish bike without spending a fortune.

3. Beschreibung zum Aufbau des Fahrrades sehr ungenau.
4. Die Gänge 2 und 3 erzeugen eine deutliche Vibration am Fahrrad. Auch nach mehrmaligen einstellen der Schaltung.
5. Bei Verwendung des vorderen kleinen Antriebs, funktionieren die Gänge 1 bis 3 nicht.

The labeling on the bicycle is stated in the product advertisement. We can customize it according to customer requests, but we did not receive any request for customization in your order.
Please refer to the written product description rather than relying only on the pictures. We offer many different configurations, and the photos are sometimes used only as reference.
Our bikes are delivered approximately 85–90% pre-assembled, so some adjustments such as the handlebar, pedals, or derailleur tuning may be required. We are continuously improving our assembly instructions.
Vibrations in certain gears are usually caused by fine derailleur adjustment. In most cases, this can be resolved quickly with proper tuning.
When the small front chainring is used together with the smallest rear cogs, a condition called “cross-chaining” can occur. These gear combinations are generally not recommended and may lead to noise or poor shifting performance.

Very nice bike, beautiful finish, the matte gray looks great, well equipped with carbon wheels, delivered in sturdy packaging, assembly is really easy, although more detailed assembly instructions would have been appreciated. The Shimano brakes and derailleurs were perfectly pre-adjusted.
It's not the lightest bike on the road, but it's rigid and responsive, allowing you to ride comfortably and at a good pace. Unbeatable for the price.
What's more, communication with the representative was excellent, he gave good advice, and the delivery time to France was perfectly reasonable: 6 weeks.
Conclusion: More than satisfied.
CYCLONE 2025 - SHIMANO 105 24 Speed - Carbon Road Bike
Overall the bike is great it light and agile fast and everything works great. The only issue I'm having is the hex screw bolt on the handlebar the one at the very top.is stripped the Hex key will not tighten the handlebars. I will have to contact them to see if I can get a hex screw replacement. But the bike is good other than that.
I have only put 80 or so miles on the bike but it has been great so far. No issues. I was nervous ordering from china as I live in the US but everything went well. It took a long time to arrive but it was worth the wait. The wheeltop shifting has worked good. It's worth the money for sure. A little difficult to set up but it's been great and had no issues since! The bike isn't light compared to my carbon US bikes but for the price it's more than I could ask for. I got the green color with no decals and it looks really good! I honestly suprised how amazing the bike is. I'd definetely recommend buying this bike.

The thing good about Twitter bike USA is that Anderson the rep from Florida is seems to be a really nice guy trying to do the best and he answers your calls and emails . The bikes are nice and worth it , and only 4stars because I got some scratches on one of the bikes , the electric bike which runs pretty much ok and looks good and not very heavy for an electric bike ...
All in one , its ok and good quality shimano components

Délais de livraison respecté, très bien emballé. J'ai le model basique en 27,5" mais avec le moteur M560. Bonne qualité perçue. Aucune soudure apparentes sur le cadre. Les pneus sont en 2,4" de large au lieu des 2,25" annoncé, c'est une bonne surprise, bonne adhérence. Moteur puissant et coupleux, vitesse max de 45km/h. Le freinage est bon avec les Shimano BR-MT200. Le passage de vitesse est précis avec le shifter et le dérailleur Deore. A voir, la durabilité de la chaîne SUMC et la cassette SUNSHINE. La fourche RETROSPEC de 110mm fait le job. La béquille et les pédales sont de qualités. La selle est un peu trop ferme, surtout pour un hardtail. La batterie de 48v 15Ah permet de faire plus de 100km facilement. Le chargeur fourni de 3A permet de charger la batterie de 0 a 100% en 5h.

R15 Pro 2025 - WheelTop EDS Wireless 2*12 Speed - Carbon Road Bike
This is a very nice Cyclone 2025 carbon road bike with WheelTop electronic shifting at a great price. It weighs about 9.5 kg, about the same as my racing bike from a few decades ago, but it's much smoother. I can now pedal faster and put in better times. It arrived in Italy about 1.5 months after purchase. I thought I'd ordered it in white with white rims, but Mr. Anderson explained to me that black rims are standard, regardless of the frame color. So, despite the photos on the website, if you want rims in a color other than black, you need to specify them when ordering. I'd also recommend specifying the tire size (28, 25, etc.). I ordered it with 25 tires, but they arrived in 28s. In any case, Mr. Anderson was very helpful and prompt in his email responses, so for a small surcharge, I also ordered the white rims. With black rims, the bike looks more professional, but I also like white ones, which are different from the norm and make me stand out. I'm very satisfied, thank you!
