Shipping policy

We proudly ship worldwide, with a focus on speed, flexibility, and transparency.

Where we ship from

  • US stock: when an item is available in the US, it ships from our Florida warehouse via trusted carriers (UPS, USPS).
  • Direct from China: when an item isn't in US stock, we ship it directly from our China facility — this can add to the timeline and, for some destinations, involve customs (DDP covers duties where available).
  • International: we compare multiple freight forwarders for the best cost and reliability. If DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) is available in your country, it appears as an option at checkout.

Build & quality check

Every Twitter bike is built to order and quality-checked before it leaves us — this care takes 10–25 business days from order to dispatch. During holidays, high demand, or component shortages, it may extend. Transit times are estimates.

Packaging & protection

Every order is carefully packed. If it arrives damaged, you're covered — report it within 7 days with photos (see our Warranty and Refund Policy).

Customs & import

International shipments go through customs processes that are outside our control. Customs delays, inspections, holds, or fees are not our responsibility.

  • DDP orders: duties are already included, with nothing to pay on delivery.
  • Non-DDP orders: clearance, VAT, and local fees are the customer's responsibility.

Either way, we'll help you through the process wherever we can. We don't accept returns due to customs refusal or import restrictions.

Lost packages

Your bike has to reach you — that's our responsibility. If a package is lost in transit, we make it right: we'll send a replacement or ensure your bike is delivered. We just ask that you work with us and allow a little time while we open a claim with the carrier and reach a solution.

Final notes

We don't ship to PO Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO). Shipping addresses can't be changed after checkout (fraud prevention). Some bikes ship in two packages due to anti-dumping rules, and e-bike batteries ship separately. We're not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, strikes, or external events.
