LIMITED WARRANTY

TWITTER BIKES LLC – ONE (1) YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

This Limited Warranty is provided by Twitter Bikes LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("Twitter Bikes," "we," "us"). It applies to new bicycles and framesets purchased directly from twitterbikeusa.com by the original retail purchaser. This warranty is non-transferable.

WHAT IS COVERED. We warrant that your bicycle frame, fork, and original components will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of delivery.

WHAT WE WILL DO. If a covered defect appears during the warranty period, we will, at our option, repair the product, replace it with the same or a comparable model, or refund the purchase price. Repair or replacement is your exclusive remedy under this Limited Warranty. Shipping costs for warranty returns are not covered, except where required by law.

HOW TO MAKE A CLAIM. To submit a warranty claim, log in to your customer portal at twitterbikeusa.com using your email address and order number, then complete and submit the warranty claim form. Claims submitted outside the portal cannot be processed.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED. This Limited Warranty does not cover: (a) normal wear and tear, including tires, tubes, brake pads, cables, chains, and bearings subject to normal wear; (b) damage resulting from assembly, adjustment, maintenance, or repair not performed in accordance with the Owner's Manual, including incorrect torque applied to the stem, handlebar, seat post, or wheel systems; (c) damage from misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, collisions, jumping, stunt riding, or competition; (d) modifications or installation of non-original components; (e) failure to follow the Owner's Manual, including rider weight limits and maintenance schedules; (f) products not purchased directly from twitterbikeusa.com, including bicycles purchased through AliExpress, Amazon, eBay, or any other marketplace or third-party retailer; (g) incorrect size, model, or color selected by the customer; (h) minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect function; (i) transport damage where shipping insurance was declined.

PROFESSIONAL ASSEMBLY. Bicycles are shipped partially assembled and require final assembly by a certified bicycle mechanic, including torque verification of all fasteners and wheel/spoke tension check. Damage caused by improper assembly is not a defect in materials or workmanship and is not covered.

IMPLIED WARRANTIES. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED TO ONE (1) YEAR FROM DELIVERY. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

LIMITATION OF REMEDIES. TWITTER BIKES LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
