Find your size first

Open our Bike Size Calculator (menu: Bike Assistant). Enter your height and inseam, it tells you the exact frame size for every model, with real geometry behind it. Write your size down.

Open your bike's page

Pick your bike (menu Categories, or the search icon). On the right you'll see the YOUR BIKE panel with 4 steps: BUILD → COLOR & SIZE → WHEELS → FINISH. The progress bar fills as you choose, you can't order an incomplete bike, so nothing can go wrong.

Step 1 of the builder. BUILD

Choose your system configuration (drivetrain). Click one, it gets the green Selected badge, then press NEXT: COLOR & SIZE.

Step 2. COLOR & SIZE

Click your color (the photo changes so you see the real bike), your frame size, and your handlebar. Everything marked Included is free; upgrades show their exact price like +$40.

The red button always tells you what's missing, if it says “CHOOSE A COLOR”, that's exactly what's left to do.

Step 3. WHEELS

Pick your wheelset. Alloy is included; carbon options (50mm, 60mm, Wave, Tri-Spoke) show their price. Then choose your tire width. Press NEXT: FINISH.

Deep carbon wheels look amazing but Alloy is a great start, you can always buy carbon wheels from us later.

Step 4. FINISH → Add to Bag

Last choice: your saddle. When every step shows a green check, the button turns green: ADD TO BAG. Click it, your configured bike goes to the cart.

Your cart, free gift + special requests

Two important things here: 1) Build your Rider Kit, pick $70 OFF or a free gift (spare tire, top tube bag, backpack…). 2) The Order notes box: write any special request here, “please include a spare derailleur hanger”, “extra brake pads”, delivery instructions. What's written here travels with your order to the factory.

Checkout, pay your way

Review your build in the summary (model, color, size, every choice). Fill in your address and pay with credit/debit card, PayPal, Shop Pay or Google Pay. Secure Shopify checkout, the same system used by millions of stores.

What happens after you order

  1. Confirmation email arrives right away with your order number (like #TB-1234).
  2. Your bike is made to order: 10–25 business days, built, quality-checked and packed for you.
  3. You get tracking the moment it ships, and email updates for the whole journey.
  4. It arrives partially assembled: the fork, drivetrain, brakes and rear wheel come fitted, and you (or a bike shop) fit the cockpit, front wheel, seatpost, saddle and pedals, following our Installation Guide. Tires ship deflated for air freight, inflate them before your first ride.
