I have to say from the customer service, Bruno helped all the way and after Diego helped with any questions on how to assemble the bike. The wheeltop EDS is amazing. My bike is so beautiful and great as I was expecting. Only down side is the waiting time to get the bike and will be great if I got the option of tubeless.
Bike arrive last week. Long order from May I believe. After some production issues I’m happy
Just have to say, before I purchased the bike, I got an excellent customer service by Bruno. He guide me step by step of my purchase. Then after sales with Diego. The bike is everything I expected. Only disadvantage was the waiting time to get the bike. I truly recommend this brand. Thanks guys for a beautiful and great performance bike! Oh and yes I got 2 bikes!
Il pacco è arrivato dopo circa 1 mese dalla spedizione dalla Cina. Qualche ritardo di consegna dovuto al corriere UPS in Italia.
Per fortuna la bici era ben imballata e non ci sono stati danni nel trasporto.
Montare la bicicletta non è stato difficile, anche se non sono stai forniti istruzioni dettagliate ed una chiave dinamometrica.
Le finiture e la verniciatura sembrano ottime, vediamo con il tempo come si comporterà.
Regolare il cambio wheeltop eds con la sua app non è stato facile (soprattutto capire l’app) ma perdendo un po’ di tempo ci si riesce.
La sella fornita non è il massimo per comodità e qualità, cambiata subito.

Lovely bike!
I love this bike, but it still requires some minor fine-tuning. I have begun replacing some components, starting with an upgrade to Michelin Power Cup (700C x 28mm) tires and a switch to TPU inner tubes, resulting in a weight reduction of approximately 410 grams. Additionally, the brake calipers need to be realigned as they are currently not perfectly centered, though it is a straightforward task to fix.
Arrived promptly once I paid expedited shipping. The bike is a great value for the price. Now for the caveat below.
The electronic shifters are not configured properly at all and they require you to understand the Wheeltop app. At my bike assembly guy, I helped fix the Wherltop EdX of another customer’s bike.
That Twitter will sell without configuring the Wheeltop at all is inexplicable and should not be allowed. I’d the road version and the other customer had Gravel, so it’s not a one off.
Wheeltop also needs to do better since they do have a great product.
If you can’t do this setup of the electronic shifters, then you’re better off paying up for Shimano 105 or Shimano 105 Wireless. At least that product is well understood by the industry and regular bike folks.
The foreign trade and geometry of this bike is exactly my dream bike, But I wish you had more sizes to choose from, because I'm tall and it bothers me
So, I received the bicycle within forty days, just as the company had stated. I paid on the website for the bike itself plus delivery, and there were no additional charges. In total, it came to around one thousand euros for everything.
I received two boxes. One contained the wheels, and the other contained the carbon bicycle frame. I assembled it myself, and it took me the whole day because all the parts were brand new. I had never encountered something like this before. My previous bike was a Cross aluminum one, and here everything is carbon, so it looks quite different from what I’m used to — the hubs, the grips, and so on.
After I assembled it, I spent some time figuring out the electronic shifting system. It took me a while to understand it, but eventually I got it working properly, adjusted everything, and went for a ride.
The only thing I was initially worried about was whether a 46-tooth cassette in the back would be enough. I thought I might not be able to climb steep hills. But it turned out to be fine — I can easily ride up steep 30-degree inclines without any issues.
The only thing is that the bike accelerates very quickly. At first, the brakes were also not very effective because they needed some time to bed in. It was hard to brake properly during the first few days — you basically need to wait 3–5 days for them to wear in. Now they’ve settled and work normally.
There was also some strange creaking noise in the front wheel hub. I later disassembled it and put it back together. The noise seems to have disappeared, although I might have assembled something incorrectly — I’m not sure. I tightened everything using a torque wrench.
Overall, the bike is very light, just as I wanted. The only thing is that the drop bar is new for me, so I still need time to get used to it — it’s not that simple.
There is just one issue regarding the brake levers. For me, they are positioned too far away. Even after adjusting everything I could using the adjustment screws, it’s still not enough. I’ve tried other brands’ bikes at bike parking areas, and their brakes engage much more easily and are positioned closer, not as far as on this model.
I have medium-sized hands and average-length fingers, so my hands are not small, but I still can’t comfortably reach the brake levers. In the lower grip position I can’t reach them at all. Even when riding with my hands on the tops, it’s still somewhat difficult to reach them. I would prefer if there was an adjustment to bring the levers closer by at least 1 to 1.5 centimeters.
As far as I know, this kind of adjustment exists on many manufacturers’ bikes. That’s the only thing I find unclear. Other than that, I’m quite satisfied overall, because it’s my first carbon bike and also my first drop bar bike, so I just need more time to adapt.
The bike arrived perfectly packed. Simple assembly and excellent components.
Finally got the ride the bike what a great smooth ride. So happy with it my purchase it’s sleek and responsive, it’s beautiful. It’s perfect.
Thanks Bruno for communication, but at start was quite nerve wracking to get info how far the bike in assembly line. On purchase it was said its 8 business, in reality it was 1,5 months. I dont mind the time or delay, but it was kinda hard to get any info, e-mail link gave no info, just when I spoke to Bruno he said I need to log in into webpage to see any updates. Delivery was fast, everything was in good shape, front disc was a bit bent, but got it back in order.

The bike is good quality and rides nicely, but it arrived with 27.5" wheels instead of the 29ers I ordered. I was not able to reach customer service to address the issue.
I wasn't familiar with the Twitter brand. The initial contact via WhatsApp was particularly good, and Mr. Anderson and the other person(s) I spoke with provided helpful advice. I was able to get updates on the shipment tracking and photos. I definitely recommend Twitter Bike USA. I'll give feedback on the bike I received later.
