At Twitter Bike, we proudly ship worldwide. Our logistics operations are designed for speed, flexibility, and transparency — whether you're ordering locally or internationally.
Shipping Options
Domestic Shipping (USA):
Orders ship from our Florida warehouse using trusted carriers such as UPS and USPS. Available shipping methods and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout based on your location.
International Shipping:
We compare multiple freight forwarders to offer the most cost-effective and reliable service.
If DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) is available in your country, it will appear as an option at checkout.
Handling Time
Standard handling time is 5–8 business days.
During holidays, high-demand periods, or component shortages, handling may extend up to 15 business days.
Packaging and Delivery
All parcels are carefully packed, but they are not insured unless the customer purchases insurance.
International customers must acquire additional protection if desired.
A daytime delivery address and phone number are required for successful delivery.
Tracking numbers are emailed once the shipment is processed and scanned by the carrier.
International Shipping Responsibilities
Customers are fully responsible for complying with local import laws, taxes, duties, or restrictions, unless DDP service was selected at checkout. This includes:

These charges apply even when free shipping is selected.
We do not accept returns due to customs refusal, importation issues, or regulatory restrictions.
Anti-Dumping Regulations
Some countries enforce anti-dumping policies on fully assembled bikes.
In these cases, we may ship the product in two packages, partially assembled.
Electric bikes require the battery to be shipped separately due to international transport regulations.
If you prefer a single-package shipment, contact us before shipping to explore available options.
Extra charges for oversize packages may apply.
Tracking Your Order
Once your item ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.
Tracking updates automatically as the carrier scans each movement.

Lost Packages
If available, we strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance at checkout.
If a package is lost, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
However, we are not liable for losses caused by third-party carriers, customs agencies, or freight forwarders.
We will support you through the resolution process.
Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to PO Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO).

A valid residential or commercial address is required for all deliveries.
Address Changes After Checkout
To prevent fraud and unauthorized redirection, shipping addresses cannot be changed after checkout.
Any request to modify the delivery address may result in order cancellation and refund, subject to review and fees.
If you made an error during checkout, contact us immediately — we may assist if the order has not yet shipped.
