Refund policy
14-Day Replacement Policy
We offer a 14-day replacement period, allowing you to request a replacement within 14 days of receiving your item. Refunds are generally not offered, except in cases covered under warranty terms or if you received the wrong item.
If any part of the item is temporarily out of stock, we reserve the right to replace it with an equivalent or superior option to avoid delivery delays.
To be eligible for a return or replacement, the item must be:

In its original condition (unassembled, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging).

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Order Cancellation
If your bike has already been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
For orders that have not yet shipped, cancellation is allowed according to the Cost for Returns and Refunds section below.
Refunds
Refunds are granted only in specific situations, such as:

Approved warranty claims

Wrong item received
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times vary depending on your bank or card provider.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
Minor cosmetic damage during transportation—such as small dents, chips, or scratches—is not eligible for return unless the customer purchased shipping insurance (typically $25).
Other cases will be evaluated individually, and the maximum refund for minor shipping damage without insurance is US $30.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:

Custom or personalized products

Batteries and hazardous materials

Sale / clearance items and gift cards

Payment processor fees, credit card fees, sales taxes, and other non-refundable charges

Parts that require adjustment after assembly, such as spokes, tires, brakes, and derailleurs
Our bikes are pre-assembled, but minor adjustments may be necessary. Customers may follow our guidance remotely or visit any bike shop. We do not cover these adjustment costs.
Cost for Returns and Refunds
If a return is approved:

The customer is responsible for shipping the product back to the supplier at their own expense.

A 10% cancellation/handling fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover processing and administrative costs.
This includes cancellation of orders that have not yet shipped.
Warranty Claims
If your issue is covered under warranty, we will repair or replace the item in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty terms.
