Changed plans? No problem — every order can be cancelled free of charge within 3 days (72h) of purchase.
- Before your payment is captured: full refund, no questions asked.
- After capture: refund minus only the payment processor's real transaction fees — never an arbitrary penalty.
- After 3 days your bike enters production (your build slot is committed with the factory) — cancellations at that stage carry a 10% administrative fee.
- Once shipped, it's handled as a return or warranty case.

Built to take on the trail with confidence, the Twitter Rider is a hardtail mountain bike framed in lightweight AL7005 aluminum alloy with race-bred XC geometry. Smooth welding, internal cable routing, and an aluminum-alloy suspension fork with manual lockout give it a clean, capable front end that soaks up rough terrain yet pedals efficiently when the climb steepens. Hydraulic disc braking and a choice of three proven drivetrains — from a versatile triple to a wide-range 1×12 — let you tune the Rider to exactly how you ride.
