- Arrived defective, damaged or incorrect? Tell us within 7 days of delivery with photos (keep the packaging).
- We resolve it: repair, spare part, replacement or refund — whichever fits the case.
- If the bike is unusable and we can't resolve it: full refund and collection, or a replacement.
3-Day Free Cancellation
Changed plans? No problem — every order can be cancelled free of charge within 3 days (72h) of purchase.
- Before your payment is captured: full refund, no questions asked.
- After capture: refund minus only the payment processor's real transaction fees — never an arbitrary penalty.
- After 3 days your bike enters production (your build slot is committed with the factory) — cancellations at that stage carry a 10% administrative fee.
- Once shipped, it's handled as a return or warranty case.

The flat-bar sibling of the G2max, the Twitter G2max-PB keeps the same tough aluminum-alloy gravel frame and carbon disc fork but swaps the drop bar for an upright alloy flat handlebar — an approachable, do-it-all machine for commuting, fitness and light off-road. Wide 700×50C tires and full-hydraulic disc braking handle any surface, with a choice of Shimano CUES 1×9, Shimano CUES 2×9, or SENTYEH ES800 1×13 wireless drivetrains.
