Your Order, Step by Step
Your order, step by step
Thank you for your order. Everything you need from the factory to your first ride is on this page. Save the link: most answers are here.
Your account
Your account shows everything about your order in one place: order status, photos of your bike, tracking of every box, your invoice and the warranty button.
Go to https://twitterbikeusa.com/account
- Log in with the email you used at checkout.
- First time? Tap Create an account with that same email, or use Sign in with Shop.
- Lost the password? Tap Forgot your password.

Production & photo approval
Your bike is built to order and checked at the factory. This takes 10 to 25 business days.

When it's ready, we send you photos of your actual bike by email. They also appear in your account.

Shipping & tracking
Your bike ships with duties and taxes already paid. Nothing to pay on arrival. Follow every stage in your account: Confirmed, Assembly Line, Quality Check, Shipped, Delivered.

You get the tracking numbers by email and in your account. Your bike may arrive in two or more boxes, each with its own tracking number.
Tracking can stay quiet for a few days during international transit. That is normal.
Your invoice
In your account, next to your order, tap Invoice. It opens your commercial invoice, ready to save as PDF for insurance or customs.
Delivery day
- Check the boxes. Take photos of any damage and tell us within 7 days. Keep the packaging.
- Final assembly by a bike mechanic. The bike arrives partially assembled. Professional assembly is required for the warranty.
- Inflate the tires. They ship slightly deflated for air freight. Use the pressure printed on the tire sidewall.
Warranty
2 years from delivery on the frame, fork and original components, against defects in materials and workmanship. Read the warranty terms.
- Enter your email and order number (TB-1234), then Find Order.
- Tap Submit New Warranty Claim.
- Fill in the form and attach photos and a video.
Send everything in the first claim and our technical team reviews it within 48 hours:
- Photos of everything you received: the bike, every box, every small part
- A readable photo of the box label
- A short video of the problem, about 20 seconds
- The frame serial number
- Your order number and email

The serial number is engraved under the bottom bracket, where the cranks pass through the frame. Turn the bike over to read it.
