1.Your prize

• The prize is the bike shown for your month's draw, in its standard configuration. You choose the size and one of the available colors.
• Want it your way? You can add any upgrade offered in that bike's configurator on our website (wheels, groupset, handlebar, saddle, tires, computer mount) and pay only the difference, at store price. No custom parts outside the configurator.
• The prize cannot be exchanged for cash, another product or store credit, and it cannot be transferred to another person.
• If your bike or color is no longer available, we offer the closest available model of similar retail value.
• Each bike is built to order: 10 to 25 working days of production, plus transport time. There is no compensation for production or shipping delays.

2.Shipping fee

• The bike is free. You pay the shipping fee to your address, in a country where we deliver.
• The shipping fee is US$281 for road, gravel and mountain bikes, US$341 for triathlon bikes and US$372 for e-bikes, to the US and the countries where we ship duties paid. To any other country we quote the fee before you accept.
• After you accept these terms, we send you a checkout link on twitterbikeusa.com with the bike at $0, the shipping fee for your bike and country, and the upgrades you chose, if any. You can add shipping protection at that checkout.
• Pay within 7 days of receiving the link. If you don't, we may draw another winner.
• Production starts only after the shipping fee is paid.

3.Customs, duties and taxes

• All import duties, VAT or GST, customs and broker fees, storage fees and any other charges in your country are your responsibility. In some countries they are included in the shipping fee we charge; in others the carrier or customs collects them on delivery.
• We provide the commercial invoice and shipping documents. If customs asks for information, a declaration or an inspection, you must answer within the time they give.
• Before choosing your bike, check that it can be imported and used where you live (for example, e-bike power and speed rules).
• Any tax on the prize itself is also yours. US winners: prizes worth US$600 or more may be reported to the IRS on Form 1099-MISC, and we may ask you for a Form W-9 before shipping. The prize value is the retail price shown on our website for that bike on the day of the draw.

4.No cancellation, disputes or chargebacks

• Once your bike enters production, the prize cannot be cancelled and the shipping fee is not refundable.
• If you open a payment dispute or chargeback on the shipping fee, the prize is forfeited. In that case you agree to return the bike at your cost, or to pay its retail price as defined in section 3.
• If you have a problem, write to us first at help@twitterbikeusa.com. We answer every message.

5.Delivery, assembly and safe use

• Check the box when it arrives. Report any transport damage within 7 days, with photos of the box and the bike. Transport damage is covered only if you added shipping protection at checkout.
• The bike arrives partially assembled, with the tires deflated. Final assembly and a safety check by a qualified bicycle mechanic are your responsibility and your cost.
• You ride at your own risk. Wear a helmet and follow the traffic laws where you live.

6.Warranty

• Your bike has the same factory-defect warranty as any bike we sell. See our Warranty Policy.
• For giveaway bikes, shipping of replacement parts and any labor are paid by you.
• Because the bike was a prize, no warranty or other claim is ever settled with a cash refund.

7.Identity and address

• The prize goes only to the person whose entry was drawn. We may ask for an ID and a proof of address that match your entry before we ship.
• We ship only to your own address in a country where we deliver. No package forwarding services.

8.Photos and publication

• Within 30 days of delivery, send us at least one photo or video of you with the bike.
• You allow us to publish it, together with your first name, country and the draw video, on our website and social media.

9.General

• To the extent permitted by law, you release TwitterBikes LLC from any claim related to the use of the prize, except for the warranty in section 6.
