I wasn't familiar with the Twitter brand. The initial contact via WhatsApp was particularly good, and Mr. Anderson and the other person(s) I spoke with provided helpful advice. I was able to get updates on the shipment tracking and photos. I definitely recommend Twitter Bike USA. I'll give feedback on the bike I received later.

The bike is meeting expectations so far, well packaged, assembly without problems, lubrication needed. Unfortunately, it did not arrive in the agreed specification - a different type of wheels and saddle, but everything was resolved with another order.

I started -since I was 3 ore 4(?) years old- as a (BMX) mountainbiker,.. Since than I have many bikes,.. Mountainbikes,.. Gravel-bikes,.. and road/racing bikes like my latest purchase,.. The Twitter -with the 105 Shimano hardware- straight from the factory in Shenzhen in China. I LOVE this bike,.. The price / Quality ratio is something I couldn't find somewhere else. Al my compliments goes to the Twitter Factory in China!

Amazing Bike!
I have only put 80 or so miles on the bike but it has been great so far. No issues. I was nervous ordering from china as I live in the US but everything went well. It took a long time to arrive but it was worth the wait. The wheeltop shifting has worked good. It's worth the money for sure. A little difficult to set up but it's been great and had no issues since! The bike isn't light compared to my carbon US bikes but for the price it's more than I could ask for. I got the green color with no decals and it looks really good! I honestly suprised how amazing the bike is. I'd definetely recommend buying this bike.
