Tested. Certified.
Verifiable.
Every Twitter bike is built to the same European safety standards the big brands must pass — and unlike most direct-to-consumer brands, we publish our certificates so you can verify them yourself, right now, on the certifier's official registry.
EU Product Safety — Bikes
EN ISO 4210-1 / 4210-3 : 2023The international bicycle safety standard: frame impact tests, fork fatigue tests, braking and structural requirements. It's the same standard applied to every bike legally sold in the European Union — whatever the brand.
Verify this certificate ↗EU Safety — Electric Bikes
EN 15194 : 2017 + A1 : 2023The European EPAC standard for e-bikes: electrical safety, motor assistance limits, EMC and mechanical integrity — covering our full electric line (EM5, EM6, EM8, EM10, EM19, EC1 and more).
Verify this certificate ↗Factory Quality System
ISO 9001 : 2015Our factory's quality management system is independently audited — design, production and sale of bicycles — with surveillance audits at regular intervals to keep the certificate alive.
Verify via official registry ↗"Direct from factory" doesn't mean "unregulated". It means you get the bike that passed the same tests — without paying for the dealer network on top.
Inside the Testing Center.
Straight from the factory floor — where your frame is built and beaten before it ships.
The material itself.
Our frames use Toray T800 / T1000 / T1K high-modulus carbon — the same fiber classes engineered for aviation-grade structures, laminated for stiffness where you sprint and compliance where you sit.
Threaded T47 bottom brackets (no press-fit creaks) and standard-size sealed bearings — any bike shop on earth can service it, years from now, without depending on us.
Every bike is assembled complete, gears tuned, brakes bled, torque-checked — then partially disassembled only to fit the box. You finish 4 steps at home.
