"We ship" includes duties & taxes prepaid (DDP) to the US and 35+ countries — your bikes arrive cleared, nothing to pay at customs. "You arrange freight" means we hand your order to your forwarder at the factory (EXW/FOB) — ideal if you already import.

What's the minimum order?
10 bikes, and you can mix models and sizes freely — 3 road + 4 MTB + 3 gravel counts as 10.
How fast do I get my bikes?
Bikes are built to order: production typically takes 10–25 days, then transit depends on your destination and shipping mode (consolidated sea freight for larger orders, express options for smaller ones). Your quote includes the timeline.
Can I buy e-bikes wholesale?
Yes. Lithium batteries have special freight rules (UN38.3 certification, carrier restrictions), so e-bike shipping is always quoted case by case — that's also why e-bike orders may price differently from the standard tiers.
What about warranty for my customers?
Our 2-year warranty covers manufacturing defects, and we support you with spare parts and technical help so you can take care of your riders.
Do you provide product content?
Yes — official photos, full spec sheets and product data for your listings and marketing.
Is the discount guaranteed?
