We deliver worldwide, directly to your home or office. In the USA, we rely on trusted services such as UPS and USPS. For international shipments, we compare different freight forwarders to find the best option. We offer two shipping methods for international orders:

• Sea freight: Typically 20-50 days for delivery, depending on the destination country. It is a more cost-effective option.
  
• Express air freight: Delivery usually takes 2-7 days, though remote areas may experience delays. This option is faster but more expensive.
  

Our handling time is generally 2-5 business days. However, in rare instances where a component is out of stock, handling time may extend to 15 business days. Delivery estimates provided at checkout apply to items currently in stock.

All parcels are packed with care and fully insured. We require a daytime address and phone number to ensure smooth delivery. After shipping, you will receive a tracking number by email, which will be updated as the freight forwarder updates their system.

Important: Some countries have anti-dumping policies for fully assembled bikes. In such cases, we may ship the bike in two parts, partially assembled. If you prefer to receive your bike in a single package, please contact us prior to shipping to make arrangements.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITIES
Please note that we do not accept product returns due to customs regulations, local laws, fees, taxes, or other country-specific restrictions. Customers are responsible for understanding and complying with their country's importation rules. This includes any customs clearance fees, duties, or taxes, even when free shipping is provided.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. The tracking information will be updated as the freight forwarder updates their system. If you have any concerns, feel free to reach out to us.
