Délais de livraison respecté, très bien emballé. J'ai le model basique en 27,5" mais avec le moteur M560. Bonne qualité perçue. Aucune soudure apparentes sur le cadre. Les pneus sont en 2,4" de large au lieu des 2,25" annoncé, c'est une bonne surprise, bonne adhérence. Moteur puissant et coupleux, vitesse max de 45km/h. Le freinage est bon avec les Shimano BR-MT200. Le passage de vitesse est précis avec le shifter et le dérailleur Deore. A voir, la durabilité de la chaîne SUMC et la cassette SUNSHINE. La fourche RETROSPEC de 110mm fait le job. La béquille et les pédales sont de qualités. La selle est un peu trop ferme, surtout pour un hardtail. La batterie de 48v 15Ah permet de faire plus de 100km facilement. Le chargeur fourni de 3A permet de charger la batterie de 0 a 100% en 5h.

R15 Pro 2025 - WheelTop EDS Wireless 2*12 Speed - Carbon Road Bike

This is a very nice Cyclone 2025 carbon road bike with WheelTop electronic shifting at a great price. It weighs about 9.5 kg, about the same as my racing bike from a few decades ago, but it's much smoother. I can now pedal faster and put in better times. It arrived in Italy about 1.5 months after purchase. I thought I'd ordered it in white with white rims, but Mr. Anderson explained to me that black rims are standard, regardless of the frame color. So, despite the photos on the website, if you want rims in a color other than black, you need to specify them when ordering. I'd also recommend specifying the tire size (28, 25, etc.). I ordered it with 25 tires, but they arrived in 28s. In any case, Mr. Anderson was very helpful and prompt in his email responses, so for a small surcharge, I also ordered the white rims. With black rims, the bike looks more professional, but I also like white ones, which are different from the norm and make me stand out. I'm very satisfied, thank you!

The bike arrived in Czechia in perfect condition. Really a lot of packaging material against scratches and shocks during transport. The journey took 25 days without any problems. After unpacking, the bike needs to be assembled - the frame is already assembled and adjusted. All tools are included. After the first ride, the bike is really robust and very nicely made. Everything works as it should and I have a good feeling about it. In the terrain, it behaves like riding on a cloud thanks to the full suspension frame :) The components are very high quality for this price - I have the HIGH version. The only downside with the EM19 is handling the battery / a little more difficult to remove and insert several screws through the tight frame. Maybe with the wireless derailleur version, this installation will be a little easier without the Bowden cable and other cables. Otherwise, I'm 188cm tall and thanks to the telescopic seatpost and 18" frame, everything works great. The quality workmanship of the bike frame with the combination of the lightweight Bafang M820 motor makes the battery range very sufficient for me! The Twitter team's communication was always quick for my questions. Everything went smoothly from ordering to delivery to my door. I can recommend it. Was a bit skeptical at first, but placed my order & a month later I have an amazing semi assembled bike at my front door.

The process of assembling the bike was quite easy, it took little over an hour.

The most difficult part may have been organizing the cables to fit through the front entry without any kinks or damage. I'm not a fan of this cable routing, even though it's neat, I'm afraid all the rain will be guided down that hole on the headset cover straight onto the bearings. Another downside is that you have to use at least a 10 mm spacer below the stem to make room for the cables, I installed a -17 degree stem in order to achieve my desired riding position.

The derailleur was adjusted properly out of the factory, the brakes were already bled, even the shocks had almost the exact pressure for my weight.

I used my own tools but was pleasantly surprised that all the necessary tools were supplied (except for an 8 mm hex key required for the UDH bolt).

During the first test rides I was really impressed. It handled everything like a champ. It's difficult to describe this, but it feels like you're driving a steerable locomotive, it just goes where you point it. Riding in Economy mode feels just like a regular MTB but with myself being 20 years younger. On steeper terrain, switching up through Tour, Sport, Sport+ gives you increasingly more power, Boost mode turns you into a superhero. I was riding up 20% rocky trail sections without breaking a sweat. On the descents I was not too confident because of the weight of the bike, so I took it easy, I'm sure I'll get used to the handling over time. I never bottomed out on the suspension, the 150/140 mm travel is plenty if you are not doing any crazy drops.

After 200 kms I'm still happy with the bike. Recently a slight play had developed in the suspension, turned out the bottom bushing bolt on the rear shock was too short, I replaced it with the proper size.

Overall, I'm very satisfied, I think this is a great value e-bike.

It arrived in a non-branded box. Initially, I was expecting a “Twitter”-branded box like the ones seen in YouTube unboxing videos. I later learned that some sellers ship in plain packaging to save on shipping costs — something I didn’t know beforehand. Despite that, I took the risk and was convinced it’s a genuine Twitter bike with valid warranty.

Packaging & Assembly:

The bike was very well packaged, with plenty of foam and protective materials to prevent scratches or damage during shipping.
Assembly was straightforward, and all necessary tools were included in the box. The only thing I’d recommend having on hand is high-quality grease — especially for areas with metal-to-metal contact.

Performance & Components:

The WheelTop derailleur came pre-installed by the manufacturer. To my surprise, it was perfectly tuned right out of the box — no adjustments needed, unlike what some others have experienced.

Torque specs weren’t listed on the website, but the customer support team kindly provided them via email. Sharing here in case it helps someone else:
• Bottom Bracket (Threaded): 35–50 Nm
• Crank Bolts: 35–50 Nm
• Stem Bolts: 5–6 Nm
• Seatpost Clamp: 4–5 Nm
• Derailleur Hanger Bolts: 5 Nm
• Disc Rotor Bolts: 6 Nm
• Brake Caliper Bolts: 6–8 Nm

Final Thoughts:

I’ve now ridden the bike for around 500 km, and so far, everything has performed flawlessly. All components matched the specifications listed by the seller.

This bicycle is a dream! Used it already for about 500kms, no big issues. The wireless shifters are a bit hard to setup, the translation of the app to English needs much work, but that's Wheeltop, not Twitter Bikes.
It's so cheap, there's enough money for upgrades. I'd recommend upgrading these:
- inner tubes to TPU
- brake discs, the standard ones are really weak
- (good quality) carbon paste for seatpost: without this, the seatpost makes clicking noises, it sounds like it'll crack, but it's just clicking

I've also bought every upgrade from China (AliExpress), I have no issues with the bike.

I have to adjust the wheeltop EDS TX a little bit but thats ok to work some things out .

Pros:
Affordable. With this price (including shipping cost), you cannot get any decent road bike in the US.
Good configuration.
Cool design.
Cons:
The paint of handlebar was already peeling off when I received the new bike.
Front and back brake TRP hex bolts overly tightened. They got stripped when I tried to adjust them.
Other minor issues.
Overall:
If your budget is right, or you like aluminum frame, then this is the best choice!

Days required to deliver your products is way too long. Most of the time is spent on getting the package to the delivery companies. You should try to hasten the delivery a bit more rather than making me wait a month. I hope there will be no issues with the frame when it is assembled.

The bike itself is great, but there were some problems. It was delivered a week later than expected when I was traveling so I wasn't able to check it out until 2 weeks later. The manual and instructions are worthless - very little information about the bike I ordered. No assembly information and no adjustment information. The front brake caliper was dragging as received. Fortunately, I'm a good mechanic and was able to figure everything out.

The bike is well equipped, especially at this price point, and provides a wide range of gears. The Shimano hydraulic disc brakes provide reliable stopping power even on steep terrain.
The 29-inch wheels with wide rims provide excellent traction and stability on rough terrain.
Overall, it's a well-rounded and capable bike for intermediate riders who want a bike that can handle most trails.
The color and the decals are also amazing!

The bike rides well, easy to assemble. The gears and brakes are perfect and the paint job finished is of nicely. I have already recommended this brand to others looking to ride a carbon fiber bike at reasonable price point.

I had a minor issue, but the part was replaced with great service via WhatsApp. The sizing is exactly as stated and if you are near the limit, size down - doubt be tempted to use other's frame sizing.
